If you have a cough AND a sorethroat AND a runny nose then you might have A COLD... if you ALSO have a FEVER then you MIGHT have the flu. If you have all of the above plus muscle ache, then yes, you've probably got the flu. But pointing out some guy with a cough as "SWINE FLU!" is utter nonsense, there are a thousand other more likely reasons someone will have a cough aside from the flu. What bullshit.
