Date guru and self-proclaimed über-seducer Lisa Johnson Mandell recently came to town to answer the question that has puzzled unattractive women since the invention of cash.  A total of 98 females coughed up HK$ 380 to attend the seminar, as well as two fellas longing to take a Richie Rich up the ol’ dirt road. Lisa is supposedly married to a millionaire and has received more than 50 marriage proposals – at least a dozen of the men came with seven-figure salaries. And what a ROI for the attendees indeed, judging from priceless pointers as:

- Wear high heals. Men love them
- Wear bright colored dresses
- Make eye contact and smile

Of course there are several DON’T'S as well:

- Don’t be nervous
- Don’t talk too much
- Don’t jump in the sack instantly. You are a prize to be earned!
